Welcome to Peo-Taz A.B.A.T.E. Online

Welcome to the Peoria-Tazewell A.B.A.T.E. Homepage! PEO-TAZ is a Chapter of A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois (A Brotherhood Aimed Toward Education.) A.B.A.T.E. is a not for profit organization dedicated to motorcycle safety and the preservation of motorcyclists rights.

Chapter Profile A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois is a not for profit, educational organization consisting of 61 chapters. Peoria-Tazewell Chapter services Peoria and Tazewell Counties; however, membership is not restricted to these Counties residents.

The Chapter has two primary purposes:

  • To support the purpose and goals of A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois.
  • To educate its members and the public about motorcycle safety.

The Chapter supports motorcyclists' rights through:

  • State Political Action Committees
  • Federal Political Action Committees

The most important way the members of each chapter support A.B.A.T.E. is by becoming educated about motorcycling issues and casting their vote in every election for legislators who support our mission.

PEO-TAZ Chapter proudly supports local communities with donations.

We publish a monthly newsletter which is sent to all members of the Chapter that provides information regarding motorcycle rights issues and events.
